1. Using the service
Use Pixel Island lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, security controls or the underlying infrastructure. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse automated endpoints or intentionally disrupt availability.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Account features may include favorites, control preferences and supported save data. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Games, software and other content
Games, emulator software, artwork, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to or use of any game content is permitted in your jurisdiction and that you have any rights or permissions required for that use.
4. Availability and compatibility
Retro emulation depends on browsers, devices, controllers, emulator cores and game-specific compatibility. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or behave differently across platforms. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
5. Third-party services
Pixel Island may use third-party providers for services such as sign-in, analytics, anti-abuse protection or externally hosted software assets. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, contact, technical and optional analytics information is handled. Privacy or account-data requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service, its features or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
